LARGE GROUP Training

Large Group Training is training with a max of 12 participants.  You will receive your own station with everything needed to get you the best workout around!  Each station is cleaned and sanitized after every workout.  There really is strength in numbers and our Training proves it!  Large Group Training is a cost effective, high energy, fun workout experience. The personal interaction within the group is a great way to keep you motivated, build camaraderie, and help you to reach your goals.
