My Career began over 15 years ago, it was motivated by one thing that still holds true today, and that is to help people through fitness. I have been fortunate enough to work as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and to have my own studio for over 10 years. My focus was always to create an environment where everyone feels accepted, create long lasting client relationships, and teach individuals to have FUN with fitness.
I believe everyone deserves a program that is unique to them. I enjoy the opportunity of working together with my clients to create a program that will not only challenge them but educate them on how we will get them to their goals.
I do believe in having a well-rounded program and creating a progressive system that will lead to long term success and sustainability. Fitness is an amazing vehicle to change lives and it is up to us as trainers to create a fun, goal orientated experience every day.
