Group Fitness Training

All Group Training Sessions are challenging and structured for your optimum performance, you will never get bored as each session is different. We offer a fun, positive atmosphere with high energy music that will get your heart pumping. The Shoppe community will encourage you to “get up” and “show up” to every session, you will have accountability to each other. We are open 7 days a week and offer 26 weekly sessions to choose from, whether you are an early bird or a night owl we got you covered.
