Personal Training

At the Shoppe we offer a customized plan to meet and attain your fitness goals. Every client is treated as an individual, we create and modify movements and workouts to fit your age, goals and abilities. Using our Fit-3D machine we give each client a Comprehensive Fitness Assessment to collect baseline metrics to help us keep track of your progress. What you do outside of the gym will also have a direct impact on the results you will achieve, combining fitness and nutrition will allow you to reach your long-term goals. Every client is offered a nutritional meal plan to help guide you in achieving a healthy lifestyle. We strive to keep you motivated and accountable to keep working towards your end result.



Group Fitness Training

All Group Training Sessions are challenging and structured for your optimum performance, you will never get bored as each session is different. We offer a fun, positive atmosphere with high energy music that will get your heart pumping. The Shoppe community will encourage you to get up and show up to every session, you will have accountability to each other. We are open 7 days a week and offer 26 weekly sessions to choose from, whether you are an early bird or a night owl we’ve got you covered.



Weight Loss Programs / Fit-3D

At the Shoppe we promote healthy weight loss which isn’t just about a “diet” or “program”, it’s about an ongoing lifestyle that includes long-term changes in daily eating and exercise habits. By using our state-of-the-art Fit-3D machine it allows us to have a baseline of all your important numbers which is not all about weight, we are looking at your LEAN MASS, FAT MASS, BMI% and your BMR which is your Body Shaping Rating. These numbers allow us to figure out a where you need to make the biggest changes which enables us to create the perfect meal plan for everyone. Every meal plan is specifically designed, what works for Sally will most likely not work for Jane, our priority is to create the plan for only YOU. Losing weight is not easy, and it takes commitment. Nutritional Coaching

Natalie Stoller is a Registered Dietitian, trained chef, and owner of NATurally Nutritious, a customized meal and nutrition service for clients of all ages. With a lifelong passion for food, Natalie grew up learning the importance of a homecooked meal. She carried those values with her while working in hospitals, nursing homes, doctor’s offices, restaurants, and teaching children’s classes. Providing everything from guidance and education to meal delivery, she combined her love for food and gift of gab to start a business that shows people nutritious foodcan taste amazing.

Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our group classes with the option to also work with our trainers 1-on-1 (upon request). You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) trainers. Kick start your weight loss in safe supportive group environment.

Strength and Muscle Gain / Athletic Performance

We offer a variety programming which also includes Olympic lifting and powerlifting elements. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger both mentally and physically. We also offer individual times to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or athlete sport specific programming.

Health and Longevity / Look Good, Feel Good

If health and longevity and just over all looking and feeling good are your top priorities, we got you! Our staff of experienced trainers are ready to help develop a fitness routine that will help you thrive to look and feel your best both in and out of the gym. Our programming is designed to help you get the body you want today, but in a safe way that will allow you to continue to maintain a high level of physical fitness 10, 20, 30+ years down the road!

55 & Over Fitness

If you’re older or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with our team. Our intro classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
