I grew up playing as many sports as possible, continuing as a college athlete; I always knew my passion was athletics and fitness. I’d find myself finding ways to become faster, stronger, quicker, injury resistant- and it all came back to one thing, being in a gym environment. I’ve been blessed to be able to work in the industry I love and have tried and researched just about every type of workout out there (there is a place for all types of workouts). I now put my focus on functional fitness as it helps me keep up with my 2 little kids!
I work with primarily women in a small group setting or personal training. My approach to each client is different. Fitness is not a one size fits all outline. I like to discuss goals, make attainable benchmarks, and conquer. Even in the group setting I enjoy working with different physical capabilities, making modifications for limitations, and producing that one-on-one relationship. I enjoy working with every stage and age of life, I can work alongside the teenager who is looking for that confidence boost, the newly postpartum mom who is looking to find herself again, the stressed-out woman who needs an outlet, the athlete who is looking for that extra push, and the woman who is looking to tone up!
